Our team has extensive experience in the search business, handling a range of projects from large-scale managed staffing assignments to selecting key senior leaders. Dr. Dennis Lekan, President of the firm, formerly led the retained search practice for a major regional human resources consulting firm in Northeastern Ohio. In addition, as President of Lekan & Associates, Dr. Lekan led a major managed staffing engagement for the I.T. organization of a major publicly-traded paint manufacturer.

 

Recently, the firm was selected by a publicly-traded real estate investment trust to recruit the company’s head of human resources. The firm also has been involved in the selection process for a number of key leadership positions, assessing finalist candidates for president of an independent industrial distributor, manager of flight operations for a publicly-traded diversified industrial manufacturer, and director of investor relations for a leading global producer of performance materials.
